Research aimed to defined the more sustainable viticultural global models, (training system, pruning and low, minimal, zero, high, ethic and "metaethic" intervention to the vineyard), "made in italy", "campus of conegliano made in italy" and "non in italy made", those applied now more important and sustainable for italy and to define the algorithm for their technical, economical, environmental, ethical, social, existential and altogether "metaethical" evaluation.
