Abstract
Nowadays, companies’ competitive advantage is directly connected with their capacity to pursue a systematic, market-oriented policy of innovation. The objective of this paper is to investigate the combined application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) in the synthesis of innovative product characteristics that will delight customers exceeding their expectations by anticipating the introduction of a new technology. Through the combination of the QFD market-pull approach with the technology-push potentials of TRIZ trends of technology evolution, an extended House of Quality is proposed using a satellite antenna as a case study.Pubblicazioni consigliate
