We present the results obtained from a series of cosmological numerical simulations performed on the CRAY T3E system of Cineca where we have computed the evolution and the characteristic of the baryonic matter diffused between cluster of galaxies. In particular we have focused on the X-ray properties of the filamentary structure which connect galaxy clusters. We have found that the X-ray emission of these structures is strictly related to the evolution of the whole enviroment and that, in particular situation, these emission cab be observed by X-ray telescopes.

Abstract

We present the results obtained from a series of cosmological numerical simulations performed on the CRAY T3E system of Cineca where we have computed the evolution and the characteristic of the baryonic matter diffused between cluster of galaxies. In particular we have focused on the X-ray properties of the filamentary structure which connect galaxy clusters. We have found that the X-ray emission of these structures is strictly related to the evolution of the whole enviroment and that, in particular situation, these emission cab be observed by X-ray telescopes.
