This paper presents a research carried out in a multicultural dwelling cooperative located in Padova (Italy). The object of the research was the development of the relationship and the negotiation of the activities between a multicultural group of teenagers still living with their families and a multidisciplinary group of university researchers who assisted them to develop the skills needed to build the website of their cooperative.
