The Authors present some considerations and reflections risen from their clinical work with adolescents who attempted suicide. After a brief presentation of the service they work in and the diagnostic and therapeutic model to approaching adolescents' problems, the Authors specify and discuss some clinical issues related to adolescent, to parental couple and to relationship between parents and adolescent. Some considerations about the topics of a first diagnostic-therapeutic intervention are finally proposed. In the second part it is treated about psychotherapy; a clinical case in psychotherapy is presented and discussed according to Laufer's model, after a review of literature about suicidal behaviour.
