The handbook is designed for the training of pre-service teachers in relation to science/physics teaching at level K-10. Through laboratory activities and group discussions, pre-service teachers are helped to gain a deeper understanding on some physics issues (measurement, matter density, floating and sinking, motion of objects, …) and on the nature of science. They also reflect on teaching strategies and on how to design a scientific curriculum at the K-10 school level.
