In the last decade organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have been recognized as promising technology for next generation electronics due to their unique advantages, such as flexibility, and low-cost fabrication1,2. Organic materials present several other advantages, like a simpler and cheaper processing, and the compatibility with plastic substrates. In particular flexible substrates have interested many researchers and interesting results have been obtained using PEN-foil. Nevertheless this material does not seem to fit the qualities needed by a good substrate, such as planarity, fixed thickness or dimensional stability during processing. We investigated the processing of pentacene transistor upon a Parylene substrate.
