Through geographical theories and research metodologies, the article analyses the delocalization of venetian firms. Particularly it emphasizes the differents territorialities involved. Starting from the Venetian firm districts and the relations with their territories, the article moves through the issues of the economic challenges that a global scale interfere with the local dynamics. Firm delocalizations and/or internationalizations are different ways to answer the present economic trend. Venetian firms mainly choose the first way.
