Approximately 6% of all operated adnexal masses are malignant and the incidence of ovarian cancer during gestation fluctuates from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 100,000. The purpose of this study was to report our experience with laparoscopy in pregnant women for the management of gynaecological cancer.
