This study presents the preliminary data of a 2-years project aimed to investigate the geographical area of Veneto Region for the presence of ticks and tick-borne pathogens (Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Babesia spp., Bartonella spp., Borrelia burgdorferi s.l., Rickettsia spp. TBE virus). The final objective of the project is to assess the risks associated with vector-borne zoonotic diseases.

Abstract
