The paper introduces the territorial results of the Lake Tchad irrigation projects. The involved stakeholders evaluations (donors, technicians, farmers, citizens) offer different conclusions on the territorial development possibilities. In the meanwhile, new territorialities are emerging from the projects in crisis.
