Abstract
This work analyses the dynamic behaviour of the front suspension of a motorcycle driven over a rough surface; the suspension is equipped with passive sequential hydraulic dampers. These dampers, with non-linear and asymmetric characteristics, may be regulated in six different ways. Using experimental elasticity and damping data as reference parameters, some dynamic simulations were carried out in order to determine damping parameters allowing optimal comfort and safety.File in questo prodotto:
