Tidal effects, described by virial tidal-energy tensor, due to a dark halo, on the dynamics of elliptical galaxies are taken into account, having as conequence an extension of classical relationship among rotation and random velocities, anisotropy parameter and ellipticity. The role of dark halo flattening, when a different fraction of total dark matter is dynamically active, is considered.

Abstract
