A description of the main repair and strengthening techniques currently applied to historic masonry buildings is given in the paper. Based on recent experimental and modeling studies and on real cases applications, design and feasibility problems, execution and efficiency aspects of the interventions, and their fundamental structural evaluations are discussed.
