We present the results obtained so far from our long-term spectroscopic survey of Near-Earth Objects (named SINEO), started in 2000 and performed with the telescopes NTT of ESO at La Silla (Chile) and TNG at La Palma (Canarias). The data presently consist of a set of about 130 visible and near-infrared spectra, only partly published. It represents one of the largest set of spectroscopic data on NEOs and particularly interesting for its spectral extention (0.45-2.5 micron). We will discuss their overall taxonomical properties and we will address the compositional linkage with the principal sources of near-Earth objects, namely the Main Belt and the outer Solar System. Moreover, with the aid of a new tool (namely the 'exposure to Sun radiation'), we will discuss their link with meteorites and the influence of space weathering on the evolution of their spectral properties over time.
