Parovarian cysts are thin-walled cystic structures in the mesosalpinx usually near the distal end of the broad ligament, developed from the remanents of the mesonephric system and represent 9-10% of all adnexal masses. Laparoscopic technique included careful enucleation without cystic rupture in all cases.
