The aim of this study was to research the relationship between quantity of physical activity, and the level of self-esteem in a sample of Italian children. This was done through the administration of Fox’s PSPP in conjunction with Bracken’s MSCS – a multi-dimensional instrument for measuring self-esteem that also includes a body perception subcategory.
