Guidelines for a Handbook on the service Life of Buildings

The goal of the research is the identification of the contents and aims of a handbook on the building life in service. The research puts forward a mode of building card, defines, in particular, concepts such as "maintenance pools" and "inspective paths"on which the building inspection is based for the purposes of programmed maintenance. An indispensable tool for the proper management program of conservation, the building handbook is a document which undergoes continous updates during the life span of the building.
