Guidelines for building design using secondary raw materials and construction methods with low wastage

In this paper we intend to illustrate new criteria which should be used at the design phase to reduce as far as possible the amounts of building debris to be led to dump, produced during construction, maintenance and demolition. In synthesis we intend to define guidelines such that during design phase the new criteria become operative and can encourage the use of raw secondary materials and prevent the production of building debris in all phases of construction following on design.
