The present work aimed to analyze the contribution that technological solution with automatisms bring to lodgings adaptability with regard to changed requirements of users. On our time, houses age much more rapidly than in the past since users requirements change more rapidly as a result of continuous developments of more and more sophisticated technological solutions offered by the market. Moreover, many of the solutions identified by the technological research for specific users types can be applied to the general user. If such a viewpoint is assumed and up until now conflicting concepts of "normality" and "diversity" are criticized, it appears that planning, in any scale, keeping into account the requirements of the weakest, means to improve by any standard the housing quality and the urban living. At the same time, it is activated a large market for services and specialized products that help to keep the live standard to satisfactory levels.

Abstract
At the same time, it is activated a large market for services and specialized products that help to keep the live standard to satisfactory levels.Pubblicazioni consigliate
