The talk presents a five-year innovative research project (founded by Fondazione CARIPARO), focused on career starters, whose goals were to develop, administer, and validate a set of EI assessment and training instruments, all administered online, and to verify their relationships with well-being indexes. The project method, and selected illustrative findings in relation to specific aims and hypotheses, are briefly reported.
