The challenges the global society puts before the University are becoming arduous, demanding the development of transversal competencies to use in complex environments, characterized by multiculturalism, fragmentation and need of co-operation. This project promotes innovative strategies of internationalization in the University and cross-sectoral settings. To do so, it's necessary to develop exchanges between academic and non-academic institutions belonging to different cultures. This initiative aims to provide an international network that will co-operate in the fields of University Extension, Service Learning and Intercultural Education, in order to study multiple cases and propose a new model of abroad traineeships and to create long-term relationships between the institutions.
