In recent years, manufacturing industries are facing increased pres-sure to the competitiveness of each other in this era of globalization. It becomes necessary to have a production line with a higher productivity to decrease the cost. Maintenance plays a vital role to ensure availability for production and improving the performance. The motivation of this work is the existing need for some technical methodologies for optimum selection of the fittest maintenance strategies because a wrong decision not only leads to increased failure rate but also affects productivity. In this paper we devoted maintenance policy selection through the use of the hybrid models of Multiple Criteria Decision-Making models (MCDM), the first method is DEMATEL, this one construct the interre-lationship between criteria and the second is Analytical Network Process (ANP) method to determine the weights of the criteria. We are using these methodolo-gies because our model is not linear and we do not have precise data to evaluate our strategies. Finally we are going to test this methodology through a case study in Moroccan automobile industry.

Abstract
Finally we are going to test this methodology through a case study in Moroccan automobile industry.Pubblicazioni consigliate
