Abstract

This paper analyzes the capabilities of multisampled control to reduce the impact of feedback noise propagation. The analytical calculations for random measurement noise show good match with simulations, after suppressing the effect of the digital pulse-width modulator decimation. Experimental verification on a boost converter shows certain attenuation of noise when the multisampling factor is increased.
