This chapter is baseed on the Life Design paradigm for an inclusive and sustainable future. This chapter overviews the barriers and difficulties related to career development and social/work inclusion experienced by separated asylum-seeking young adults. Moreover, it presents studies and individual and contextual interventions and actions to promote inclusive and sustainable career development and participation in separated asylum-seeking young adults’ work and social life.
