Chapter 9 - Life cycle sustainability dashboard and communication strategies of scientific data for sustainable development

This chapter illustrates how the life cycle sustainability dashboard (LCSD) can be an interesting communication strategy for sharing complex data, including ethical priorities in sustainable development. Various approaches to sustainable development are initially illustrated. Subsequently, a description of life cycle sustainability and its numerous communication methods is provided. Therefore, the dashboard of sustainability is described in detail and methodology and case studies for LCSD are proposed. Other guidelines or standards are briefly listed. Comments outline that dashboards have many advantages in terms of clearness and robustness of communication, but some improvements are needed for future larger implementation.
