L'Ordinarium divini officii della Cattedrale di Treviso (1524)

The Ordinarium divini officii of the Cathedral of Treviso is a paper manuscript consisting of 157 leafs, copied in 1524 by the curate Clemens a Stadiis, at that time choirmaster of plain chant. In my investigation I have transcribed 157 leafs recto and verso in a personalized handwriting of XVI century with humanistic conventions united to a composite abbreviating system. The thesis provides the materials for a critical edition: transcription, identification of handwritings; lists of chants, readings, rites and bells; comparisons with other similar books from known traditions (belonging to the Venetian area) and with scientific bibliography.

Lo Ordinarium divini officii della Cattedrale di Treviso e' un manoscritto cartaceo composto da 157 fogli, copiato nel 1524 dal canonico Clemente a Stadiis, alla epoca maestro di canto fermo. Nella mia ricerca ho trascritto 157 fogli recto e verso redatti in una grafia personalizzata del XVI secolo che unisce convenzioni umanistiche a un sistema abbreviativo composito. La tesi fornisce i materiali per una edizione critica: trascrizione, identificazione delle mani, liste di canti, letture, riti e campane; comparazioni con altri libri simili da tradizioni note (appartenenti alla area veneta) e con la bibliografia specifica.
