The diffusion of a Dionysiac religion in the Etruscan area of the Po Valley represents a subject of research still unexplored, but full of interest. This research is based on a complete analysis of Dionysiac archaeological discoveries in the Etruscan area of the Po Valley, in particular Attic pottery and felsinean gravestones. The studies on iconography and discovery contexts have shown the original link between Dionysism and aristocracy, the following spreading of this religion through other social classes, and the multiform nature of Dionysiac cult as well, according to the multiform character of Dionysus himself.
