We report here a new and integrated microfluidic platform allowing droplet-based Reverse Transcription and Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-qPCR). Our platform integrates in a fully-automated manner, single-cell encapsulation, lysis, thermal cycling and fluorescent detection on droplets which are continuously flowing in a microchannel (Fig.1).

Abstract
