At the nexus of Artificial Intelligence and human worker: a multidisciplinary literature review

The scientific community has shown great interest in the topic of Artificial Intelligence in recent years, however, further research is required to comprehend how these AI advancements will affect the workforce. This paper aims to address this gap by conducting a bibliometric review of human-AI research, integrating the results of the fields of Management, Psychology, and Information Systems. The study found that the three disciplines investigate similar topics related to the interplay between humans and AI, but from different perspectives. The paper provides an objective overview of the current state of human-AI research and suggests several future research directions.
