The Time of the Seisin as a Pivotal Factor for the Settlement of Inter-State Disputes

This chapter investigates the case law of international courts and tribunals dealing with inter-State disputes to identify the temporal circumstances that make their involvement a suitable factor for an effective out-of-court settlement of the dispute.
