In the contemporary context, cultural institutions assume a pivotal role in the social and educational spheres. As public- centred institutions, they are obliged to develop a value proposition inspired by the principles of democratic participation, inclusiveness and accessibility for every visitor. In this regard, the integration of inclusive technological approaches holds considerable potential in facilitating access for individuals with visual impairment and multiple disabilities. The present study employs a qualitative approach to develop a framework for enhancing the inclusion and accessibility of cultural content for blind and visually impaired viitors through the use of 3D technology. A fundamental objective of this research is to explore how these innovations not only enhance accessibility but also promote social sustainability within museums. The data demonstrate that understanding the visitor experience is essential for managing accessible approaches to value creation processes to preserve and enhance cultural heritage.

Abstract
The data demonstrate that understanding the visitor experience is essential for managing accessible approaches to value creation processes to preserve and enhance cultural heritage.Pubblicazioni consigliate
