Abstract
The UVA photobinding of 6,4,4'-trimethylangelicin to a single stranded DNA (PEMBL-derived plasmid, 3873 bp) was studied by means of sequencing PAGE electrophoresis. The preferential photobinding of TMA was demonstrated at TC sites. Indeed, the Klenow fragment stopped one nucleotide before both TMA- thymine and cytosine photoadducts.File in questo prodotto:
