The aim of this paper is to highlight possible risk factors in non clinical children. This has been carried out within the frame of the attachment theory and using psychological testing. The attention has been focused on the identification of parental and children working models and on the study of intelligence, social and emotional adaptation of the children. The sample includes 32 couples of parents and their child aged 4-5 years. Results do not show an influence of Unresolved (U) attachment of parents on infants’ development; children of fathers with Entangled-Preoccupied attachment (E) show a lesser adaptation in some domains.
