The authors present a case report of 330 patients aged from 0 to 17 years who came to the neuropsychiatric service they work in because of somatic symptoms. The sudy provides data about typology of symptoms and their distribution by sex and age. It is described the reciprocal influence between somatoform disorder and social-familiar environment.
