We examine the possibility of observing new neutral gauge bosons from E6 superstring-inspired models at hadron colliders. Cross sections and asymmetries for Drell-Yan production of lepton-antilepton pairs are given. A general parametrization for the cases of one and two extra neutral gauge bosons is discussed and currently popular models are included as particular examples. Results are presented for the pp colliders at CERN and Fermilab and for the planned pp supercolliders, LHC and SSC. © 1987.

Abstract
