Abstract
We study the problem of barrier penetration in the presence of excitation degrees of freedom that at the incident energies considered are strictly closed. To this end we solve coupled-channel equations with boundary conditions that are asymptotically free only in the entrance channel. Particular aspects of the enhancements of the transmission coefficients which result from these conditions are discussed.File in questo prodotto:
