Results attained in 52 hypospadiac children who underwent surgery from 1953 to 1964, are reported. Esthetic and morphologic features of the penis, micturition features, sexual function and fertility grade, are studied. For the latter items a perfect straightening plastic of the penis is considered very important. Out of 48 patients who underwent perineal urethrostomy, a pseudodiverticulum was evidenced in 11 cases, this result is not yet reported in the literature. In 2 cases only hair growing within the neourethra caused calculous formations.
