A chromomagneto-electric Lagrangian density has been constructed with the purpose of investigating the confinement property of the chromo-electric potential V. It is shown that the confinement arises both from a term in V introduced in the Lagrangian and from the coupling of V with the chromomagnetization.

Abstract
