We have decided to base the discussion on a particularly significant concept, namely that of respublica, which causes certain salient features of Leibniz’s political thematization to emerge, and, at the same time, it keeps the relationship between Metaphysics, Gnoseology and Politics an open one, namely the republic of the spirits, the republic of letters, and republic, in the strict sense of the word.
