This study suggests that, at least at a preliminary level, it is possible to correlate the antimetastatic, antitumor and mutagenic properties of aryl- and heteroaryltriazenes with their EI behavior. This finding may have some potential towards the definition of a screening paradigm in which the first selection step is based on mass spectrometry followed by in vitro or in vivo biological assays.

Abstract
This study suggests that, at least at a preliminary level, it is possible to correlate the antimetastatic, antitumor and mutagenic properties of aryl- and heteroaryltriazenes with their EI behavior. This finding may have some potential towards the definition of a screening paradigm in which the first selection step is based on mass spectrometry followed by in vitro or in vivo biological assays.File in questo prodotto:
