Working within the Life+ ADVICLIM project, the team at Plumpton College has collected and analysed a considerable amount of topographical, climatic and phenological data from a 7.3 hectare vineyard in Sussex, UK. The results demonstrate the importance of considering intra-site climatic variation when establishing and managing vineyards in cool-climate environments.
