The essay, after developing brief notes on the autonomy principle, takes its cue from the negotiation that currently involves the Veneto Region in the implementation of the third paragraph of Article 116 of the Constitution, introduced in 2001 by the reform of Title V: highlighting some questions strategic that are stimulated by reading the drafts of «asymmetrical regionalism» presented to the Government of the Italian Republic by the Region Veneto.
