These guidelines are meant as a tool to support higher education instructors with the implementation of active teaching practices that contribute to students’/learners’ personal and professional development. In fact, the teaching practices collected here are part of the strategies identified by the INTALL project as tools to promote students’ skills development for preparing them successfully for their employability process. The guide is divided into three parts. The first part includes: o a general overview on the importance of creating connections between teaching and real life by using practices that promote the development of students’ skills; o the general theoretical framework of Active Learning according to which the collection of practices was carried out. The second part includes: o the description of dimensions considered to collect teaching practices. o The categories in which the teaching processes were clustered. o Practical steps to implement the teaching practices collected. The third part includes: o the description of the steps to follow in order to implementing teaching practices
