The Author examines the relationship between the law n. 76/2016 on civil partnership and the inheritance law. Especially, he recontructs the criticalities and contradictions of the new law, but also the possible solutions to avoid, in case, “short-legal-circuit”, because the new law doesn’t properly consider the hereditary system, its peculiar rules and foundations.
