The management of eruption anomalies affecting second molars, although quite uncommon, may represent a real challenge for the clinician. The aim of this study is to present a novel technique that combines the surgical and orthodontic approach in order to obtain the retrieval of impacted second molars through a complex distalizing movement and skeletal anchorage.
