Abstract
The juridical concept of constitutional transition aspires to achieve a certain scientific neutrality which, however, risks to cloak of irenism the transition processes themselves, in which instead political conflict re-emerges. The classical concepts of constitutional law and international law grasped this conflict more effectively and defined it more more stringently. The essay therefore suggests not to abandon the classical lexicon of constitutional and international sciences, in order not to weaken the capacity for analysis (including the critical one) of the transition processes.File in questo prodotto:
