The article proposes an analysis of Andrea Palladio's approach towards the Antiquities with a focus on his representations of the so-called Temple of Minerva in Assisi. These drawings are compared with reality, the existing building, the work of Baldassarre Peruzzi and other coeval and successive evidences.
