Adopting a spatial approach, the article examines the religious diversity in the alpine space and the relationship between religions and mountain. It hypothesizes that the mountain context may embody a societal environment capable of shaping the everyday life of religions inhabiting it. Through the exploration of the case study of Trentino province, the research analyzes the social influence of the mountain in shaping religious diversity and in the settlement of religions, and as a factor within interreligious relations.
