The present paper collects and develops the triptych emancipation-leadership-ties. The hypothesis is that it can be taken as a pedagogical paradigm in which the fundamental emancipatory aim is realized on the antinomic link between leadership and ties. To demonstrate this, two examples are propose on the two “opposite” sides of education discourse, the side of learner and the one of educator. // Il contributo raccoglie e cerca di sviluppare il trinomio emancipazione-leadership-legami. L’ipotesi è che esso possa essere assunto come un paradigma pedagogico, nel quale il fondamentale fine emancipativo si gioca sul nesso antinomico tra leadership e legami. A dimostrazione di ciò, vengono proposti due esempi sui due lati “opposti” del discorso educativo, il lato dell’educando e quello dell’educatore.
